Commercial Loan Servicing Representative

Looking for a Loan Servicing Representative to support the Commercial Mortgage Back Security (CMBS) product. This role involves requirements gathering, UAT testing, and supporting the booking of the product post go-live.

Our client is expanding their product offering in EMEA, supporting the CMBS product on their London & Dublin platforms. The role includes:

• Involvement in a new product rollout
• Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple locations
• Contributing to process development and risk management

Responsibilities:

• Represent Loan Operations in project calls/workstreams for the CBMS project
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders
• Ensure requirements are documented and tracked
• Participate in system regression & UAT testing
• Document manual workarounds
• Assist with procedure and process documentation and training

Qualifications:

• Experience with CMBS from a lending perspective
• Strong academic background
• Business Analyst skills (JIRA, Kanban, process documentation)
• Understanding of controlled processes and operational risk
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relationships in a multicultural environment
