The International Growth team is a hardworking and entrepreneurial team that functions as a startup within Adobe, with exceptional partnering, influence, and integration across all aspects of the Adobe Creative & Document Cloud.
What you'll do:
- Develop and lead strategies, experiments and execution across acquisition, expansion and retention.
- Drive teams to execute with precision, communicate effectively across the organization and with top executives, and approach and solve problems strategically.
- Develop, implement and test growth experiments that have a significant impact on how users discover, activate and engage with Adobe's products.
- Report on performance and present testing roadmap on a quarterly basis.
- Leverage usage analytics, deep cohort analysis, support data, and marketing data to refine the testing strategy.
- Work effectively with cross functional teams to align on A/B test schedules, resourcing and metrics.
- Regularly communicate with customers to identify customer needs and requirements.
- Synthesize findings into hypotheses to build growth experiments.
- Work with teams across Adobe to address real world problems — you will have the satisfaction of seeing your work make an impact on customers’ success and Adobe revenue goals.
- Self-starter and ability to reach across organizations (Marketing E&R, Product, GTM, a.com, etc) to build a shared commitment to improve customer engagement experience and business metrics through growth initiatives.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- You care deeply about customers. You are passionate about improving how people work and enabling them to be successful at every stage of the customer journey.
- You understand the fundamentals of business and marketing and can drive complex projects forward with cross-functional teams.
- You can manage the execution of tests with partner teams and you are not shying away to put your hands on setting up campaigns by yourself.
- You are highly analytical with an ability to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data.
- You are solution oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starter.
Experience & Education:
- Significant Product Management experience.
- Experience working in Growth, A/B testing, or experimentation.
- Proven impact creating and completing initiatives (products, tests, etc.) to drive revenue and increase customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- A proven track record of working with teams to optimize and create product experiences that deliver user value in the shortest amount of time.
- Experience in project management handling multiple workstreams.
