Credit Hire Fee Earner My client is actively seeking a Credit Hire Fee Earner for their office in Liverpool. The goal is to expand the Credit Hire team by recruiting experienced Litigation Solicitors or Fee Earners who can handle a diverse range of Credit Hire claims. Duties: Managing a caseload of litigated fast-track and multi-track credit hire cases under supervision Working effectively with the existing team. Skilled in managing a case from the commencement of proceedings through to trial. Proficient in using a case management and diary system. Capable of negotiating settlements and achieving optimal outcomes. Experience Prior experience in Credit Hire is crucial. The candidate should be adept at managing a complete caseload of RTA claims through various stages to resolution. They must possess an excellent understanding of the case law relevant to this field, as well as the MOJ protocol, the pre-action protocol for personal injury claims, and the Civil Procedure Rules.
