Class 1 Day Driver Bristol Do you have a UK Class 1 CE Licence? If ‘YES’ we want to hear from you!! The position of Class 1 Day Driver involves: Making multi drop deliveries of goods to supermarkets, with the use of tail lifts to ensure smooth delivery of stock. Loading/unloading of vehicle, ensuring load security. Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customer’s expectations. You may be required to spend the occasional night out a week (tax free allowance paid). Attending regular training sessions. Essential skills required for Class 1 Day Driver: Must have a UK HGV Class 1 CE Licence. Hold a current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card. Experience of Tail Lifts is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Be passionate about providing excellent customer service. Working to deadlines.
