We are a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary consultancy with strong delivery expertise and ambitious growth plans. We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and innovative professional to help drive the continued evolution of our BIM capabilities across a portfolio of major projects, predominantly in the residential and commercial sectors. This is your chance to play a key leadership role in developing an expanding Information Management team — overseeing the coordination of critical project deliverables and shaping the future of digital project delivery and thus supporting the principle requirements of the Golden thread. Based in our London Bridge office at least twice a week, you’ll also enjoy the flexibility of remote working several days a week. About You A Passion for Digital Construction: You are deeply invested in the world of BIM and Digital Innovation and excited to inspire others with your knowledge. Leadership and Mentorship: With strong communication and team management skills, you can lead, motivate, and nurture a growing team, reporting regularly to Partners within the team on performance and development. Proven Project Delivery Expertise: You have a strong track record of independently managing complex projects from inception to completion. Relationship Builder: You are customer-focused, adept at building lasting relationships with clients and ensuring the highest standards of service. Industry Knowledge: You come from an Architectural, Engineering, Facilities, or Construction background, with a clear understanding of the importance of Information Management across an asset’s lifecycle. Client-Side Insight: Experience working within client environments and familiarity with their processes and documentation is a distinct advantage. What you’ll be doing: As an Associate Information Manager, you will be at the forefront of BIM delivery, working with the full construction supply chain across a project’s lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing BIM standards, documentation, processes, and protocols for a variety of clients and projects. Managing the digital information element of multi-disciplinary projects with a focus on excellence and efficiency. Leading, mentoring, and developing teams to deliver high-quality project data aligned with industry standards. Overseeing model federation, review processes, and working knowledge of authoring software. Delivering training on BIM processes, tools, and software to internal teams and external clients. Managing and auditing Common Data Environments (CDEs) effectively. Running client-facing Information Management meetings and contributing to strategic client engagement. Championing continuous learning and innovation within the team to stay ahead of digital construction trends. Driving the production, federation, and delivery of COBie spreadsheets and associated datasets. Supporting Business Development activities with technical qualifications, demonstrations, and presentations. The candidate: qualifications, skills & experience: Qualifications Construction industry related diploma or degree level qualification, preferably in the digital built environment. Knowledge 15 + years of experience in digital built environment. 8 + years’ experience in the information management environment Expertise in Revit, Solibri, Navisworks, Di Roots, and Microsoft Office applications. Expertise in producing custom scripting, dashboards using Dynamo, power BI and python. Proven experience delivering COBie-compliant projects. Skilled at managing multiple projects of varying scales and complexity. Deep understanding of the UK BIM Framework and ISO 19650 standards. Experience in CDEs and BIM documentation writing and review. Practical experience with IFC standards and NBIMS. Skills Managing people, projects and technical solutions.
