Job Description

We are looking for a senior leader to become an integral part of the advisory business, including Customer Experience, Pricing, Cost, Digital Transformation, ESG, and Integration & Separation. Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, trusted advisor relationships with client counterparts, serving as the day-to-day/key client contact on engagements.
• Take day-to-day responsibility for small projects and manage significant elements of large engagements.
• Demonstrate expertise and generate insights in IM&D sector.
• Coordinate the preparation of deliverables, workstreams, addressing likely questions and responses from clients.
• Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management activities.

The Successful Applicant

• Demonstrable experience in leading strategy, from a Big 4 firm, public sector organization, or industry strategy development team.
• Strong understanding of value drivers within the manufacturing and defense sectors, with the ability to drive complex projects or programs in this space.
• Experience in developing and preparing business development pitches.
• Proven experience managing project teams and end-to-end delivery.
