We are seeking an experienced Level 6 Product Manager with strong leadership, commercial skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to develop and execute global commercialisation plans for the Payment Passkeys product. Mastercard Payment Passkeys aim to enhance online checkout experiences through biometrics, aligning with Mastercard’s vision to reimagine online payments.

The ideal candidate will evaluate opportunities for scaling payment passkeys globally, working with various stakeholders to build and refine a commercialisation strategy, and scale best practices worldwide. As Passkeys is in pilot stage, the candidate must collaborate with product teams to incorporate customer feedback and prioritise product development for scalability.

This role requires a strategic, analytical, and data-driven individual capable of driving product growth, aligning execution plans, and managing cross-functional teams to achieve key performance indicators.

Responsibilities include:
  • Becoming a product expert.
  • Developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Synthesising customer insights.
  • Refining product positioning.
  • Supporting internal and external communication and training.
Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the go-to-market and expansion plan for payment passkeys.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to translate product vision into actionable plans.
  • Gather and synthesise customer feedback to inform product development and scaling strategies.
  • Define and refine the role of Passkeys within Mastercard’s broader authentication strategy.
  • Monitor product performance, identify obstacles, and implement solutions.
  • Lead reporting and KPI management for the product.
  • Support customer education and awareness initiatives.
  • Incorporate market, regulatory, and technological insights into product management.
  • Leverage Mastercard’s systems and customer knowledge for data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications and experience:
  • Proven experience in launching and commercialising products with strong business acumen.
