What You’ll Be Doing:

• Advising clients on public procurement matters, often in the context of insolvency or commercial disputes
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation ahead of litigation or regulatory proceedings
• Taking ownership of client relationships and managing matters from instruction to completion
• Working closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex cases
• Supporting business development and helping grow the practice
• Ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance across your caseload

What We’re Looking For:

• A UK-qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE and a background in procurement, regulatory, or public law
• Strong technical knowledge and an ability to apply it pragmatically
• Excellent drafting, advisory, and communication skills
• A proactive, commercially minded approach to legal work
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-quality team environment
