South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust & George Eliot NHS Trust offer a 12-month secondment opportunity for the role of Senior Contracts Manager . As a key member of the Income & Contracting team, you will oversee a comprehensive contracting management service, including contract monitoring, compliance assurance, service specification development, and coordination of key information to support contract performance.

1. In-depth contracting experience with a solid understanding of NHS regimes.
2. Ability to interpret and communicate complex financial concepts clearly to both finance and non-finance colleagues.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The Senior Contract Manager will be responsible for managing and negotiating a portfolio of contracts on behalf of SWFT and GEH. This leadership role involves ensuring contract scrutiny to drive performance and preparing monthly reports for commissioners. The role includes managing contracts such as Acute, Non-Acute, and Provider to Provider SLAs, and overseeing a small team.

This position requires a high degree of independent working and collaboration with senior professionals within and outside the organizations.
