Do you have experience working on large-scale construction projects such as Student Accommodations, Hospitals, etc.? Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients
- Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors
- Conducting quality and safety inspections
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings
- Maintaining quality control checks
- Motivating the workforce
- Day-to-day problem solving and addressing issues that arise
- Using specialist project management software
- Working on-site in all weather conditions, at clients' premises, or in a site office
Requirements
- SMSTS / SSSTS certification
- First Aid certification
