About The Role & Team

As the Distribution Logistics Manager at Disney, you will coordinate our trading plans across retail functions, fulfilment centres, and service partners. Your responsibilities include managing product throughput, volume, and service forecasts to ensure logistics operations meet performance targets. You will oversee daily operations of third-party fulfilment centre contracts and maintain strong relationships with service providers.

This role involves occasional travel to our UK site in Coventry, our EU site in The Netherlands, and our London office in Hammersmith.

What You Will Do

  • Support the Senior Manager, EMEA: Assist with daily management of 3PL contracted services.
  • Manage 3PL Service Contracts: Oversee third-party logistics contracts for UK and EU distribution, ensuring site readiness, managing performance, and overseeing budgets. Develop strategies aligned with long-term business goals.
  • Optimize Facilities and Service Contracts: Ensure facilities and service contracts support key performance metrics and business growth.
  • Liaison Between Stakeholders: Act as a bridge between business units, translating plans into actionable fulfillment strategies.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure inventory accuracy and availability, including coordinating physical inventories and maintaining records.
  • Fulfillment Process Expertise: Maintain understanding of fulfillment processes, support operational KPIs, and collaborate with partners.
  • Team Leadership: Set objectives, support development, recruit, train, and monitor resources to meet team goals.
  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee budgets, justify variances, and support new initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to protocols for site, product, and personnel safety and regulations.
