The Global SME Core Product team is seeking a Manager, SME Debit Product Management to drive growth in this segment through solution innovation, value proposition design, product line strategy optimization, and enhancements. The ideal candidate is passionate about the SME segment, highly motivated, curious, analytical, and entrepreneurial-minded.

In this product management position, you will:

  • Own, evolve, and execute the global SME debit strategy to increase segment share and growth in SME debit programs.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and best practices to inform product and go-to-market strategies, emphasizing differentiation and innovation.
  • Partner with regional SME product teams to identify opportunities, build sales pipelines, and support key initiatives.
  • Explore new solutions, benefits, and partnerships to develop and promote specific use cases, delivering a top-tier business debit value proposition.
  • Support the development of sales materials, thought leadership, case studies, and sales enablement tools to facilitate opportunities and readiness.
  • Present product strategy and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the broader Global SME team on strategic initiatives to achieve business goals.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have proven experience in financial services and/or payments, with knowledge of industry trends, profitability drivers, and competitive offerings. SME experience in banking, FinTech, or payments is a plus.
  • Have relevant product experience, including strategy development, customer value propositions, and go-to-market roadmaps.
  • Background in product management, marketing, consulting, or similar is preferred.
  • Demonstrate ability to work with cross-functional teams globally and regionally (product marketing, sales, legal, finance).
  • Be self-motivated, independent, quick to learn, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong communication skills, able to convey vision and simplify complex ideas effectively.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with debit card programs is highly desirable but not required.
