We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large infrastructure and utilities services organisation based in Hertfordshire. The role involves enhancing systems and processes that ensure safe and efficient service delivery within a complex, multi-contract environment. The Senior Business Analyst will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and act as a bridge between IT and Business functions.
Experience Needed for the Senior Business Analyst:
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, including managing teams (Senior or Lead level)
- Proficiency in System and Business Process Analysis
- Experience working on Capital Delivery Projects
- Management of large workforce sites
- Strong stakeholder management skills
