Contract Length: 6 months initial

Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Day Rate: £550 Inside IR35

We\’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large infrastructure and utilities services organisation based in Hertfordshire. The role involves enhancing systems and processes that ensure safe and efficient service delivery within a complex, multi-contract environment. The Senior Business Analyst will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and act as a bridge between IT and Business functions.

Experience Needed for the Senior Business Analyst:

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, including managing teams (Senior or Lead level)
• Proficiency in System and Business Process Analysis
• Experience working on Capital Delivery Projects
• Management of large workforce sites
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to map AS IS and TO BE processes
• Highly proactive approach
• Experience in very complex environments
