Learning Disabilities Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Learning Disabilities Manager to oversee two small services within Lewisham. To be considered for the role, you will need experience working within a CQC Registered service.

The role is Monday – Friday with standard hours, and my client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Responsibilities of the Learning Disabilities Manager:

1. Conducting 1-1 sessions with front line Support Workers
2. Managing the rota
3. Preparing performance reports for the Service Manager
4. Participating in Service Improvement plans

For this role, you will need an Adults Enhanced DBS, which must be within a year or on the update service.
