The impact you’ll have: The Holiday Product Team is at the heart of value generation by ensuring we have the right travel product (hotels, flights, transfers, etc.) for the right customer (package holidaymakers) at the right time. Holiday Product takes a commercial lead requiring strategic, commercial, and operational understanding to align what we sell through our digital platforms with the business strategy and trading goals. The team continually seeks effective ways to enhance our competitive advantage by providing customers with unlimited choice, ease of use, and value.

As a Holiday Product Manager for Product Development, you will shape the vision and direction of our products by scoping initiatives and making recommendations for improvements to existing products or new products we should deliver. Your goal is to drive initiatives that improve company profitability and customer experience, aligning with our strategy to become Europe’s #1 holiday provider by building the most loved packaged holiday experience.

  • Support the holiday product vision and strategy for our hotel and flight inventory.
  • Understand the holiday market and target holidaymakers to design a value proposition that meets their needs and drives growth.
  • Build an opportunity backlog with tactical and strategic value, prioritized to realize value for the business and customers.
  • Use research and data analysis to quantify benefits, prioritizing initiatives with the biggest impact.
  • Report on hotel and flight performance end-to-end, including conversion, margin, complaints, and work with stakeholders to exceed commercial expectations.
  • Develop travel product service standards and collaborate with internal and external partners to meet them, including service level agreements with suppliers.
  • Maintain effective relationships with hotel and flight suppliers to achieve shared goals.
  • Champion the customer by representing diverse needs through research and data across different holiday types.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our product offering, including improvements and new additions.
  • Build business cases for initiatives, demonstrating commercial viability.
  • Communicate effectively with technical product managers to define project scope and effort.
  • Maintain a proactive, can-do attitude and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Use customer insights to inspire product improvements, balancing customer and commercial needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Communicate effectively across all management levels.
