We are looking for a Junior Product Owner to join the eCommerce Development team, based at NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire. The Development team plays a key role within the eCommerce department, working to improve our websites and mobile app for a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities include:

About The Role

As a Junior Product Owner, you will support your product stream and gain experience in Technology, eCommerce, and Product Ownership. Your daily tasks will involve stakeholder communication, requirements gathering, and supporting meetings. The role involves collaboration with various teams to deliver projects and learn product ownership fundamentals.

  • Support the Product Owner (PO) and Lead Product Owner (LPO) in daily activities.
  • Assist in stakeholder communication management.
  • Support project management tasks, including scope documentation and tracking.
  • Help gather product requirements from stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings and ceremonies.

About You

  • Experience in retail, eCommerce, or digital marketing.
  • Passion for technology and interest in developing product management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This role is based at our Head Office in Leicester, requiring 2-3 days in the office weekly. We offer flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
