What You’ll Do
- Orchestrate seamless event and travel logistics: You’ll manage all aspects of employee attendance at international and domestic events, from scheduling and travel to accommodation, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Elevate our employee event experience: You will liaise with providers and conduct post-event briefings, directly impacting and improving our 'Congress Score'.
- Support key HR operational processes: You’ll assist the Head of People with employee off-boarding, performance review management, and HR software (HiBob) maintenance, contributing to a smooth employee journey.
- Champion a high-performing office environment: You will lead the Operations Executive to ensure a fully functioning and efficient workplace, proactively identifying areas for 1% gains.
- Drive process excellence and compliance: You’ll collaborate with the Process & Workflow Lead to maintain up-to-date processes and ensure company-wide adherence.
- Provide proactive support and drive efficiency: You will offer proactive assistance to employees and senior leaders, manage the company calendar, and champion initiatives that improve overall effectiveness.
- Facilitate smooth internal events: You will support the organisation of internal events, ensuring seamless execution.
Key Information
- Salary: £40,000
- Reports to: Finance Director
- Responsible for: Operations Executive
- Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
- Working pattern: Full time in office, due to the nature of the role
- Location: This role is based onsite in our London/Moorgate office
