Head Chef What we need from you:

• The ability and understanding to train and develop your team in all aspects from stocks, rotas, food safety to food SOP and presentation
• A real people person with excellent communication skills
• Exemplary standards in all aspects of kitchen management
• The ability to recruit, train and coach your team
• A strong understanding of food health and safety
