Customer Relationship Establishment & Business Opportunity Expansion
- Proactively gain insights into key industries in the country/region/market, identify key/potential customers, and be able to proactively find key decision-making chains and identify customer’s needs.
- Use customer\’s language to start conversations, gain customer trust, mine product and technology needs, and form effective business opportunities.
- Carry out secondary development for existing customers, provide upgrades in services, operational cooperation, and promote resource expansion.
- Regularly contact existing and potential customers to stay informed about their business plans, budgets, supplier status, organizational structure, and technical environment.
- Identify customers\’ decision-making chains, maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and establish long-term operational and technical relationships with CXOs or decision makers to secure support.
- Help customers understand the technical value of our products like Apsara Stack, seven major products, AI/Intelligent Computing Service, etc., and communicate our brand\’s positioning as the best partner.
- Explain standard Cloud product solutions to customers or collaborate with Solutions Architects to explain solutions tailored to customer scenarios, highlighting competitiveness and business value.
- Encourage quick decision-making and continuous use of Cloud products through effective resource integration and operation, creating ongoing value for customers.
- Utilize sales strategies such as communication, influence, and business offers to convert opportunities and achieve results, fostering win-win outcomes.
- Address issues encountered in customer usage, drive internal solutions, and improve products and processes accordingly.
- Provide full lifecycle support to customers, ensure project implementation, and resolve usage problems.
- Support rapid iteration of Cloud products on the customer end and help achieve technical goals.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, public speaking, and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in IT and technology sectors with a track record in the local market.
- Strong engagement experience with nationwide or regional business communities is advantageous.
- Experience with partnership, alliance programs, and channel platforms is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced global environment.
- Ability to coordinate internal and external resources within a large organization.
- Skilled in change management, conflict resolution, and fostering collaboration, with high ethical standards.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
