Strategy Manager/Operations (Charity Foundation/Fashion) Mayfair (£75-80k) A wonderful role has arisen that can make a real difference. Leading a team of 8, you will oversee the execution of the strategic plan for this UHNW organisation supporting their Foundation & Charities. We seek a committed and energetic individual with innovative ideas and a solid understanding of strategic operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in Hospitality, a Foundation, or Charity work, especially in organizing major and small events with partners and stakeholders to promote the Foundation. Working closely with the Marketing Team & Events Manager, you will provide direction to ensure alignment with company goals and mission. You should be adept at networking and building relationships, forming strategic partnerships with charity partners, donors, and stakeholders to further the Foundation\’s mission. The Foundation focuses on supporting women and children in impactful and practical ways, making your role genuinely meaningful. Key responsibilities include establishing KPIs and metrics to measure strategy effectiveness, developing systems for data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decisions.
