ABOUT YOU Organisational and administrative skills – strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise to sometimes conflicting business needs Strong knowledge of employment legislation, CIPD or working towards Proven track record of carrying out ER cases and supporting the line managers Knowledge of working with IT programs, data base systems and generating reports First class customer focus and communication both written and verbal personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business Able to work to tight and changing deadlines and ability to be adaptable to the business needs Proven track background of delivering workload against set deadlines Ability to travel to various UK sites as and when required Previous working experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent rapport building and able to demonstrate empathy ABOUT THE OPPORTUNI…
