Role Summary: This is an exciting opportunity to join Resolute as the first member of our London-based team, leading media planning and strategy efforts, collaborating with local clients and agency partners to deliver exceptional results. The role offers career growth, leadership opportunities, and impact. This hybrid role requires about three days in an IPG London office, with flexibility for remote work, and travel within the EMEA market (~25% in the first year).

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop Strategic Media Plans: Craft tailored paid media strategies, understand campaign goals, and deliver innovative media plans.
  • Market Insights: Leverage UK and EMEA media landscape knowledge to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support Market Expansion: Build relationships within the Weber Shandwick Collective and IPG EMEA, align media strategies, and represent Resolute in meetings.
  • Cross-Team Enablement: Educate agency partners on media capabilities and facilitate shared insights.
  • Client Acquisition: Support business development, pitching, and account expansion within EMEA.
  • Team Development: Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of the London team.
  • Client & Campaign Management: Build relationships with clients and agency partners, oversee campaign performance reporting, and ensure timely, within-budget media execution. Manage media budgets, optimize processes, and coordinate with US teams for campaign delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive paid media experience with leadership qualities.
  • Experience managing complex digital campaigns and understanding KPIs and attribution.
  • Proficiency with Google Campaign Manager or similar tools; certifications like Google Analytics and Facebook are a plus.
