Job Description

Cyber Consultants / Pentesters

UK Wide – Remote Working, Exciting long-term projects.

*Please note – Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must have a 5-year consistent address history in the UK to be eligible for Security Clearance. Only candidates with a current UK Passport or ILR can be considered.*

Experience Range: 2-4 years

As a Cyber Security Consultant, you will simulate attacks to identify and report security flaws.

• You will need to take initiative, learn quickly, and handle issues in high-pressure situations.
• You should be an enthusiastic tester with a few years of experience, passionate about security, and committed to staying at the industry’s leading edge through research and certifications.
• Due to the sensitive nature of some work, SC vetting will be required.

About your role

You will be a highly skilled information security specialist working with government and private sector clients.

• Be part of a talented, collaborative international team leading penetration testing services.
• Contribute to thought leadership via social media and industry events.
• Ensure high standards of quality and help improve internal testing and reporting processes.
• Deepen technical expertise in application or infrastructure testing through exams and certifications.
• The role offers an attractive package, including participation in company schemes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engagements across the UK and internationally, including IT Health Checks under the government CHECK scheme.
• Perform peer reviews and write detailed reports.
• Support pre-sales with scoping and technical inquiries.
• Maintain a database of findings and identify process improvements.
• Represent Resillion at events and deliver talks/presentations.

Required skills

• Current SC Security Clearance
• CTM/CSTMand CRT certifications
• 5 years of industry experience
• Knowledge of standard industry tools (commercial & open source)
• Proficiency with Linux and virtualization platforms
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Attention to detail and quality focus
• Excellent communication and time management skills
