The Role

The Associate will join our London-based US private client team, advising international high net worth clients on US and international tax, trust, and estate planning. Responsibilities include research, drafting legal documents, and direct client communication.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in the US
• 1st– 4th year Associate (preferably with a JD and LLM in taxation or related experience)
• Experience outside the US, particularly London, is preferred

Person Specification

• Strong research and drafting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Desire to work on complex estate and tax planning

Additional Information

• Working hours: 9.30am – 5.30pm, with flexibility
