Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all products are listed accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage pricing within the product both dynamically and manually
- Work with partners to ensure that their content is inputted correctly and efficiently
- Solutionise and propose technical improvements and automations to streamline processes and increase efficiency
- Build and monitor the effectiveness of pages on the marketplace, including analysing key metrics and making recommendations for improvements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all parties are working collaboratively towards common goals
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure that all marketplace operations are standardised and streamlined
- Identify areas for improvement within marketplace operations and work with the Head of Marketplace to develop and implement strategies to address them
- Be adaptable and able to work to last minute deadlines alongside strategic planning
- Communicate effectively with team members, partners, and stakeholders across the business
- Have a passion for process improvement and streamlining
Skills & Experience

- Experience in operations, preferably in a marketplace or e-commerce setting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
- Have excellent digital literacy
- Must have impeccable attention to detail
- Must be a fast learner with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Have confidence in decision making
- Have an interest in sport, music, and major live events
Target compensation package: Up to £30k + quarterly bonus + share options + benefits.
Final offers may differ from the target compensation package, taking factors such as experience level and skill set into consideration.
