About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Recruiting and training team members to develop operational and leadership skills.
• Coaching your team to be passionate about products, building the store\’s brand, and providing excellent customer service.
• Driving trade activity, growing sales, and maximizing profit.
• Building your managers\’ knowledge to deliver and sustain the Store Change Plan and resource planning.
• Ensuring store safety and legal trading practices by coaching the team on security tools.
