It is a national law firm with a highly well-regarded construction team.
Your new role
As a Construction Solicitor, you will:

Handle a varied caseload of complex construction matters.
Assist with disputes, litigation, adjudication, and mediation.
Draft and negotiate JCT, NEC, and bespoke contracts.
Provide commercial, pragmatic advice to a diverse client base.
Support business development and client relationship initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

1-3 years PQE with experience in construction law.
Strong background in contentious construction matters, including TCC litigation and ADR.
Some experience with non-contentious work, including drafting and negotiating standard and bespoke contracts.
Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong commercial acumen.
Enthusiasm for business development and client engagement.
