A Temporary Building Team Leader position in Hayes with a pro rata salary of £32,000 - £40,000. The role offers an ASAP start (23rd May handover) with hourly pay ranging from £17 to £20, depending on experience. Weekly pay is provided every Friday, along with additional hourly holiday pay accrued. There is potential for the role to become permanent with the wider business.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with weekends and bank holidays off.
The successful candidate will be a confident and personable Lettings & Resident Services professional, providing cover during paternity leave at a well-maintained residential development in Hayes. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting residents day-to-day

You will work alongside a great on-site maintenance manager and receive a full handover the Friday before starting.
