A Temporary Building Team Leader position in Hayes with a pro rata salary of £32,000 - £40,000. The role offers an ASAP start (23rd May handover) with hourly pay ranging from £17 to £20, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be a confident and personable Lettings & Resident Services professional, providing cover during paternity leave at a well-maintained residential development in Hayes. Responsibilities include:
