We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Marketing Manager covering the Middle East region on behalf of Leonardo Electronics UK. The role covers the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and the Sultanate of Oman. This position is key to the company’s export growth through strategic marketing and sales campaigns.

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Marketing Manager covering the Middle East region on behalf of Leonardo Electronics UK. The role covers the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and the Sultanate of Oman. This position is integral to the company’s export growth through active marketing and sales initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Lead the new business winning plan for the Middle East
• Collaborate closely with UK Sales Teams on business winning activities
• Provide marketing intelligence to support sales opportunities
• Establish strong relationships with the End User/Customer community
• Build relationships with Government staff in DBT DSE and embassies
• Manage existing and new advisor/local partner contracts
• Attend Middle East exhibitions and conferences
• Coordinate with the company’s regional offices
• Lead local marketing strategies with industrial partners

What We Need From You

• Proven experience in management and leadership with diverse teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of the Middle East market, politics, culture, and behaviors
• Responsiveness to customer requests, including out-of-hours communication
• Understanding of Leonardo Electronics UK products and services
• Experience in identifying and translating market opportunities into business
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at various seniority levels
• Persistence, pragmatism, and structured approach to tasks
