Communications Lead – 2 Year FTC Location – London/Leeds/Dublin Hybrid – 2 days per week (Dublin only) About Flutter COO Flutter works with experts across the company to build, deploy, and communicate the Flutter Edge, covering areas like Product & Payments, Technology, Sportsbook, People, Property, Corporate Communications, and Strategic Partnerships & Transformation. What you’ll do Design and deliver impactful communication campaigns for Polaris. Manage stakeholder engagement and act as a trusted advisor to leadership. Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with program goals. Collaborate with senior leaders to define and execute communication plans. Ensure seamless integration of communication efforts across workstreams. Create engaging communication materials and campaigns. How you’ll do it Deep understanding of change communication principles in large-scale transformations. Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms. Experience in senior communications roles, especially in complex, global organizations. Knowledge of project management methodologies and working in matrix environments.
