Take Control. Build Your Region. Earn Your Equity.
Intellipay is not your typical payments company. We don't offer bloated salaries for average results. We reward real performers – people who know how to build teams, deliver numbers, and want skin in the game. We are searching for a Regional Sales Director to own and grow the South of England and Wales. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, managing, and leading a team of self-employed agents – and making sure they deliver. After six months of strong performance, share options are available. We don’t just offer a job. We offer a chance to build something valuable.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Recruiting and managing a winning team of self-employed sales agents.
- Leading from the front: coaching, pushing, and closing big merchant deals yourself when needed.
- Building a high-activity, high-earning culture across your region.
- Managing agent performance ruthlessly – backing your top players, moving on from passengers.
- Reporting directly to senior leadership with clear numbers, not excuses.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5 years frontline merchant services/POS sales experience – you know how deals are done.
- Minimum 2 years management experience – ideally managing commission-only/self-employed teams.
- Hunger to grow a region like it’s your own business.
- Resilience, drive, and the mentality to win without needing hand-holding.
What We Offer:
- A realistic basic salary & car allowance (no inflated promises – we pay people to perform).
- A strong, uncapped commission plan.
- Equity share options after six months for high performers.
- Full operational support – we handle onboarding, compliance, tech, and admin.
- A genuine leadership position with real commercial freedom.
This role is for you if:
- You’re sick of corporate excuses and tired leadership.
- You want to be measured purely on results, not politics.
- You want real ownership, real money, and real opportunity.
