We are now working with a blue chip US multi strategy private equity alternatives investment firm. They invest across a range of very successful private equity alternative strategies and have one of the best IRRs of all the funds in their class.
They are now looking to recruit an Investment Associate to their team, who will work on the origination and execution of investments for the fund from their London office based in Mayfair.
The position:
- Active member of the investments team working on the whole deal making process
- Due diligence on investments which will include direct investing into companies
- Performing commercial and financial due diligence; building financial models
- Working on deal execution - deal structuring, analysis of terms
They are very interested in meeting a professional who will have a background as follows:
- 2nd year analyst to 3rd year analyst level/ possibly Associate 1
- Currently working in private equity or investment banking
- Great deal experience
- Strong financial modelling skills
