Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on legal support across procurement, partnerships, IT, and HR. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, technology contracts, and data protection documents. Drive projects and contracts to completion, ensuring commercial intent is effectively translated into legal drafting. About You Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 4+ years PQE in commercial law, ideally with in-house experience.
