The International eCommerce Third Parties team is recruiting an International Third Parties Data Manager to be at the forefront of our global growth! The International eCommerce Trading team manages online product sales across 72 international markets, driving product launches, promotions, and collaborating with third-party platforms to maximize sales and visibility. The Third Parties team connects NEXT with platforms like Zalando and La Redoute to sell products, requiring high-quality data management and manipulation.
The Role
- Oversee all data and operational aspects of third-party marketplaces, from product onboarding to reporting.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and data utilization, resolve problems, and ensure smooth product launches.
- Manage the accuracy and lifecycle of products on third-party marketplaces, including listings, pricing, and imagery.
- Be the knowledge centre for product and sales data, working across departments to maximize data use.
- Understand all available data points from partners and their importance.
- Resolve onboarding issues and generate technical solutions.
- Collaborate with partners and integrators to solve problems.
- Use new technology, including AI, to optimize product content and reduce returns.
- Develop reporting and dashboards to monitor sales and onboarding issues.
- Manage key events like markdowns and forecast stock replenishment.
- Ensure KPIs are met to minimize risks.
- Work with customer service to address queries and escalations.
- Support and manage a small team in Leicester & India.
This role is based at Leicestershire Head Office with flexible working options.
