We are currently seeking a Quality Systems Officer to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Oxford area. The role involves ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within the organization.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide cross-functional support for GXP activities related to Quality Systems, ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and inspection readiness.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, reviewing records and documents for completeness and compliance with global regulations.
- Support and manage the document lifecycle within the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), including tracking and trending compliance paperwork such as deviations and change controls.
- Oversee training documentation and compliance metrics through the Learning Management System (LMS), assist with employee onboarding, and ensure organizational charts are regularly updated.
Role Requirements
- A relevant degree in a scientific or technical field.
- Proven industry experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Practical knowledge of validation of computerized systems, Microsoft Office applications, and EDMS.
