We are seeking a Product Owner for external digital products, responsible for managing relationships with external digital audit strategic suppliers (such as Inflo) and enhancing the use of these products within the audit practice. The role involves driving product implementation and leading the transition to a digital-first approach. The Product Owner will collaborate with the Digital Audit Team, external product teams, and other stakeholders to support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation to a digital-first approach by working with external product providers to meet evolving user needs.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of specific external products within our portfolio.
- Develop proficiency in these products to effectively lead the transition to digital-first practices.
- Measure contract success, troubleshoot issues, and participate in procurement processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize adoption of external digital audit products and establish governance to ensure quality and risk management.
- Promote a culture where engagement teams proactively seek assistance from the Digital Audit Team in using these products, driven by quality, timeliness, and effectiveness.
- Additionally, collaborate across the Grant Thornton International network to share knowledge, skills, and best practices, enhancing our digital offerings globally.
