We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a senior position where you'll manage projects with a real opportunity to build your own team and deliver high-profile Data Centre projects across Europe. Key Responsibilities
- Review, prepare and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Identify and manage contract risks; handle contract changes and claims.
- Ensure all contract terms are followed.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve contract issues.
- Maintain detailed records of all contracts.
- Provide regular reports on contract status.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of contracts management experience, preferably in mechanical contracting.
- Proven success in contract negotiations.
- Good understanding of construction contracts.
- Knowledge of European contract laws.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work across different cultures and countries.
- Willing to travel across Europe as needed.
