The Customer Trust team provides sales and customer support to build confidence in Global Relay services, focusing on product functionality, security, privacy, and compliance. Responsibilities include proposal management, customer due diligence, security assessments, and handling daily inquiries on trust-related topics.
As a Customer Trust Coordinator, you will triage, track, organize, and report on customer requests and team projects. You will also work with the Team Lead to develop and maintain team policies, procedures, and documentation.
Your responsibilities:
- Triage and track customer and internal requests
- Ensure timely and efficient handling of requests and projects
- Implement processes to ensure team output is complete, accurate, and timely
- Work with the Team Lead to develop performance metrics and reporting
- Maintain the team wiki and how-to guides
- Assist customers with due diligence reviews via email and phone
- Support proposal writers with RFP reviews, coordinating tasks, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance
- Assist with technical and legal research
- Review and improve team processes, tools, and documentation
- Contribute to effective communication within the team and across the company
- Support security, legal, sales, and marketing activities as needed
About you:
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Motivated, meticulous, efficient, and organized
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Discretion and good judgment
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
