Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
2. Manage one project at a time as the Lead Superintendent, reporting directly to the Project Manager based in Tulsa.
3. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to meet timelines and quality standards.
4. Manage on-site activities, ensuring compliance with plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
5. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams for timely work delivery.
6. Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and team members.
7. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
8. Resolve on-site challenges and adapt plans to maintain momentum.
9. Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring OSHA compliance.
10. Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (experience with ministry facilities is a plus).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with construction management software.
• Valid driver\’s license and clean driving record.

Work Schedule & Location

This is a full-time position with extensive travel. The office is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Travel durations range from 12 to 20 months per project, with accommodations provided. Family members are welcome to travel or trips home are scheduled every 4-5 weeks.
