F,P&A Manager

Forge Talent is partnering with one of the fastest-growing construction companies in the Northwest to recruit a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager on a permanent basis. This is a newly created position, driven by the company’s exceptional growth over the past 12 months.

Responsibilities:

1. Own the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
2. Build and maintain financial models to guide strategic decisions and business planning.
3. Deliver clear, concise financial reports and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
4. Drive improvements in financial processes to boost efficiency and scalability.
5. Act as a strategic finance partner across the business, advising the executive team on key financial matters.
6. Analyse financial performance, highlighting key variances and emerging trends.
7. Provide data-driven insights to support high-impact strategic decisions.
8. Design, develop, and manage comprehensive cash flow models to ensure liquidity and planning accuracy.

Qualifications:

1. ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant
2. 3+ years in a similar role
3. Experience building complex financial models
