We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join an industry-leading, award-winning Health & Safety, HR & Employment Law service provider with over 80 years of market leadership. We seek a proactive, driven BDM with a proven B2B sales record, strong self-motivated lead generation skills, and an excellent consultative 'value-based' selling approach.
This role offers a guaranteed minimum salary of £60,000, with a realistic OTE of £90,000, and top performers earning over £150,000. Benefits include a company car (Tesla or other hybrid/electric vehicles) or a £5,000 car allowance, quarterly bonuses, company holidays, and more!
What you’ll be doing:
- Attending face-to-face appointments booked by telemarketing partners, with a focus on closing deals.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities, exploring new markets and building prospective relationships.
- Achieving quarterly sales targets in a high-energy, target-driven environment.
- Building and maintaining a sales pipeline proactively.
What you’ll bring:
- At least 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, with a successful track record. Industry-specific experience is not required.
- Confidence in a consultative, value-based sales approach.
- An adaptable, personable demeanor to quickly build rapport with diverse prospects, including business owners, HR managers, and board members.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, exceeding sales goals.
- Previous field-based experience is essential.
Guaranteed minimum salary of £60K, with a realistic OTE of £90K+. Uncapped commission scheme and additional bonuses up to £5K per quarter based on deals and revenue.
