We are looking for an Associate to join a renowned Japanese bank. With a focus on the healthcare and consumer sectors, in this role, you will collaborate closely with leading FTSE 100–250 companies to structure and execute high-profile corporate transactions. Key Responsibilities: Prepare client presentations and build financial models. Analyse and project clients’ financing needs. Identify new business opportunities and foster client relationships. Draft internal memos, support KYC processes, and handle various ad-hoc tasks. Assist in the coordination and execution of transactions. Experience: Experience in Front Office Coverage with investment-grade clients, specialising in healthcare and/or consumer sectors. Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills. Client-focused with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving. In-depth knowledge of the banking industry, with expertise in modelling and data presentation. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
