The role: In this role, you\’ll collaborate with Technical Experts to support and advance a diverse portfolio of electronic design and manufacturing technologies. You\’ll be involved in the development and evaluation of new processes and equipment, both domestically and internationally, working with internal and external partners. A key aspect of the role is understanding materials and processes involved in circuit card assembly and PCB manufacture, ensuring they meet the requirements for harsh environments. You\’ll assess and improve PCB fabrication and assembly processes, support the adoption of industry methodologies, and contribute to failure analysis at both the component and board level. As part of MBDA\’s Electronic Engineering function, you\’ll gain valuable experience, providing technical support across various internal and international teams while developing a unique and comprehensive skill set.
