We are looking for a Creative Strategist with digital marketing experience to join our team in London!

Creative Strategy at Precis is the perfect intersection between media and creative, bridging the gap and facilitating alignment between the two areas. This entails a deep understanding of creative processes as well as an understanding of media platforms.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in or leading cross-functional teams, with familiarity in agile methodologies. You will collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Digital Specialists, Media Strategists, and Data Strategists to identify client challenges and develop insights-driven creative solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Develop insights-based creative strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
- Conduct performance analyses and competitive research, translating findings into actionable strategies for growth and retention.
- Create and maintain creative testing frameworks, fostering an iterative approach.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to find solutions that improve advertising performance and creative challenges.
- Oversee project timelines and progress, ensuring realistic and achievable deadlines.
- Present strategic ideas and creative solutions compellingly to clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to pitches and projects, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Promote digital creative internally and externally, elevating Precis Creative\’s profile in the UK.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in creative strategy or planning within a fast-paced digital environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of full-funnel marketing and interdependent stages.
- Track record of evaluating creative initiatives and providing strategic recommendations.
- Strong project management skills across multiple disciplines and tight deadlines.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and derive insights.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop solutions.
- Proficiency in presentation software and report creation.
- Effective pitching and presentation skills.
- Hands-on attitude with a willingness to innovate and think outside the box.
