Our client has been established for over 20 years, and services its clients in St Helens with a variety of legal services including Private Client, Family, Conveyancing, Litigation and Personal Injury. Their commitment to excellence is demonstrated by the Law Society Lexcel Accreditation, as well as being accredited members of the Law Society in Conveyancing Quality.
They have an opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years PQE or equivalent to join their Private Client department in the centre of St Helens. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional to join a reputable firm and contribute to its continued success in Private Client law.
The new Private Client Fee Earner will have:
- Expertise in LPAs, wills, probate, and trusts
- The ability to draft wills, including the establishment of will trusts
- Knowledge of inheritance tax (IHT) requirements and the capacity to advise clients on estate planning
- Familiarity with conveyancing, particularly as it relates to probate matters, such as severance of joint tenancy and assents
- Proficiency in using case management software (Proclaim) and Word
- Efficient time management, with the ability to handle client meetings, manage case files, and oversee correspondence to a high standard
- A willingness to network and generate new business opportunities
