Our client has been established for over 20 years, and services its clients in St Helens with a variety of legal services including Private Client, Family, Conveyancing, Litigation and Personal Injury. They have an opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years PQE or equivalent to join their Private Client department in the centre of St Helens. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional to join a reputable firm and contribute to its continued success in Private Client law.
The new Private Client Fee Earner will have:
- Expertise in LPAs, wills, probate, and trusts
- The ability to draft wills, including the establishment of will trusts
- Knowledge of inheritance tax (IHT) requirements and the capacity to advise clients on estate planning
- Familiarity with conveyancing, particularly as it relates to probate matters, such as severance of joint tenancy and assents
- Proficiency in using case management software (Proclaim) and Word
- Efficient time management, with the ability to handle client meetings, manage case files, and oversee correspondence to a high standard
- A willingness to network and generate new business opportunities
