My client is an established ERP Software Development and integration company that sells, develops and supports priority ERP across Europe, Australia, Israel and the US. Being over 30 years old, with over 1000 international customers, their experience allows them to help both small companies taking their first steps in the ERP arena, as well as medium and large companies, wishing to replace their cumbersome legacy systems. They are now looking for an experienced ERP Consultant to join their office based in Eastleigh, Hampshire. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Operations Manager. This role requires a hands-on problem-solving ERP expert, along with supporting the current environments you will work with the team on new implementations at our customers across the UK.
Position Overview
- Taking ownership of new priority ERP implementations
- Working through an implementation lifecycle incorporating Business process analysis, design or re-engineering
- Specification of applications
- Functionality design
- Development and Testing (SQL, Oracle or other languages)
- On-site – Presales with the support of the sales team
Position Requirements
- Solid understanding of data structures, relationships and concepts of an ERP System
- ERP Experience
- Degree in IT
- SQL reporting, views and queries (or other development experience)
- Understanding the business process flows (ideally from a manufacturing, distribution or finance background)
- Self-motivated and highly organised, ready to take ownership
- Enjoys working in a dynamic, challenging and sociable environment
