Role Overview Reporting to the Social & Digital Lead, the Social and Digital Account Manager will develop healthcare communication skills, understand the business, and leverage social and digital strategies to enhance client communications. You should be enthusiastic, industry-aware, and capable of managing projects and accounts effectively, ensuring social and digital activities are integrated into broader strategies. Responsibilities Oversee the execution of social and digital projects, ensuring quality and timeliness. Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and advice. Lead digital advertising campaigns, conduct evaluations, and manage social listening using tools like Google Keyword Planner and Semrush. Advise clients on social and digital trends and best practices. Oversee content creation tailored to platforms and audiences, ensuring regulatory compliance. Support budget planning and resource allocation. Build relationships with industry experts, influencers, and partners. Ensure adherence to industry regulations (ABPI, PAGB, MHRA). Stay updated on emerging trends and share insights to foster innovation. Candidate Profile Excellent communication skills. Strong knowledge of social and digital platforms and tools like Google Keyword Planner and Semrush. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc. Experience with medical regulatory codes is a plus. Strong project management skills. Proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
