Job Details – Hedge Fund Headhunter

• Salary is negotiable and depends on experience. For 2 years of experience, the average is around £50k.
• Commission is a discretionary bonus for researchers; senior consultants earn 50% commission.
• Joining a team of 25.
• Average billings are £1.3 million.
• Fees typically range around £250k, with a minimum of £100k.
• Regular travel opportunities, mainly to New York, the Middle East, and Singapore.

• Focus on delivery – no business development required.
• Research and source top candidates.
• Conduct briefing and specification calls for mandates.
