As an Account Manager you will be responsible for providing the highest level of account management to some of our largest brand partners signed to the ASOS Partner Fulfilment programme. Reporting into the Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for proactively trading the accounts to maximise revenue for ASOS and partners via this channel. You will oversee a team of Partner Fulfils Account Admins ensuring day-to-day processes are managed and achieved, leading to effective onboarding. You will be an excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively across business functions, including Product Teams, Studios, Tech & Customer Care and with our external brand partners to deliver ambitious growth and best in class service.

You will demonstrate:

  • Account Management Support the Key Account Manager in offering brand partners the highest level of account management including bi-weekly trade updates focused on actionable insights to trade into opportunities; promotional calendar updates, error resolution and alignment on key dates to ensure milestones are met. Manage day-to-day account communication and on-going relationships with brand partners. Use data to review range relevance and performance and offboard underperforming product to ensure the integrity of overall ASOS edit remains. Support Account Admins with onboarding status and error resolution to maximise product visibility on site. Be the point of contact for ASOS Product teams for hybrid brands (Operate wholesale + Partner Programme) to discuss brand status and trade; align on seasonal buys and assist in determining QBR topics for discussion. Collaborate with internal planning teams and accounts to develop joint business plans based on seasonal product calendar. Lead Account Management of dedicated brand partners. Support Key Account Manager with vendor management including monitoring return rates, UTS, shipping in line with contractually agreed SLA’s Support Legal and Compliance teams with annual contract updates and refreshes.
  • Onboarding Work with middleware, tech and Partners onboarding teams to accelerate onboarding. Reviewing status and error resolution to maximise product visibility on site. Ensuring our brand partners and ASOS teams are following correct processes to ensure product onboarding is > 95% in line with brand retail market launch dates, this includes correct data in middleware, sample management, brand image and marketing campaigns.
  • Team Supporting the Key Account Manager in making short and long term strategic and trading decisions in a fast-paced environment. Develop strong working relationships with product teams and peers within Partnerships team. Build open and transparent relationships with key cross functional stakeholders that enable trust and engagement with the Partner Fulfils programme. Support a strong team of Account Administrators, who deliver against key KPI’s; with a focus on developing and growing their talent; encourage them to build network with relevant cross functional stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking Entrepreneurial spirit driving expansion and evolution of Partner Fulfils. Conduct and share performance insights to refine future strategy. Shape the future strategy of Partner Fulfils, aligned to support delivery of wider ASOS strategy. Flexibility and agility to execute short terms tactical solutions with the strategic solution in mind.

Qualifications

About you Experience trading own category/brand in a Fashion Retail business and the confidence to lead trade meetings with external partners. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build relationships internally and externally at all levels Experience at managing others, with the ability to support and train. Ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business results Strong organisational skills, able to use initiative to manage own workload against business priorities and troubleshoot challenges independently. Experience in a D2C/ Marketplace environment preferred Able to use Excel to an intermediate level.
