Microsoft is seeking Azure Solutions Infrastructure Specialists to lead digital transformation initiatives within the manufacturing industry, focusing on operational efficiency, innovation, and sustainability. The role involves guiding strategic customers through their cloud journey, emphasizing AI readiness and infrastructure transformation.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer success by putting their needs at the center and making a meaningful impact.
• Leverage Microsoft Cloud solutions to accelerate business and organizational change.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to promote Azure solutions and define cloud strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build strong relationships across customer organizations to foster true partnerships.
• Create success stories highlighting business transformation and sustainability initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase Azure adoption and establish Microsoft as a key transformation partner.

Qualifications

• Experience in solving complex business challenges with cloud solutions.
• Passion for customer success and solution sales experience, particularly with Azure Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cloud workloads like Windows Server, SQL, SAP, HPC, BCDR, and hybrid cloud.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and ecosystem orchestration skills.
• Industry experience in energy or manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory.
